organi. \u00c8 costituito da uno strato esterno fibroso (<strong>pericardio fibroso<\/strong>) ed uno strato interno sieroso (<strong>pericardio sieroso<\/strong>).<br>Il pericardio fibroso \u00e8 una membrana di colorito biancastro che presenta una forma a tronco di cono appiattito con:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>una <strong>base<\/strong> che poggia sul diaframma, con il quale aderisce saldamente;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una <strong>faccia anteriore<\/strong> che \u00e8 in rapporto diretto con lo sterno mediante l\u2019interposizione di una quantit\u00e0 variabile di tessuto adiposo e si prolunga fino all\u2019ilo di ciascun polmone, entrando in contatto con la pleura mediastinica e la faccia mediastinica dei polmoni;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>una <strong>faccia posteriore<\/strong> che \u00e8 rivolta verso la colonna vertebrale ed \u00e8 in rapporto con esofago, aorta discendente, vena azigos, nervi vaghi e dotto toracico linfatico;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un dai legamenti\u00a0<strong>sternopericardici<\/strong>\u00a0(superiore ed inferiore) che lo legano allo sterno, quelli\u00a0<strong>vertebropericardici<\/strong>\u00a0che lo legano alla colonna vertebrale e quelli\u00a0<strong>frenopericardici<\/strong>\u00a0(anteriore e laterale destro e sinistro) che lo legano alla fascia diaframmatica.<br>Il\u00a0<strong>pericardio sieroso<\/strong>, riflettendosi nel foglietto viscerale (epicardio), che costituisce lo strato pi\u00f9 esterno del cuore, forma una cavit\u00e0 chiusa chiamata\u00a0<strong>cavit\u00e0 pericardica<\/strong>\u00a0che consente gli spostamenti del cuore impedendo l\u2019attrito grazie al\u00a0<strong>liquido pericardico<\/strong>\u00a0che agisce da lubrificante. Nel riflettersi nel foglietto viscerale, per la presenza del peduncolo vascolare, anteriormente si forma una fessura chiamata\u00a0<strong>seno trasverso del pericardio<\/strong>\u00a0che separa le grosse arterie dalla parete anteriore degli atri. Posteriormente, invece, si forma un profondo recesso chiamato\u00a0<strong>diverticolo di Haller<\/strong>\u00a0che separa le due guaine in cui si suddivide il foglietto viscerale che, da una parte
