Questa tecnica di imaging pu\u00f2 essere realizzata in condizioni di base e dopo somministrazione endovenosa di <strong>mezzo di contrasto iodato<\/strong>. Questa fase \u00e8 particolarmente utile per lo studio di <strong>lesioni ipervascolarizzate<\/strong>, come l\u2019epatocarcinoma (HCC), i carcinomi renali, i tumori neuroendocrini (NET), i melanomi, ecc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In caso di sospetto di lesioni post-traumatiche toraco-addominali, \u00e8 sempre indicato uno studio in condizioni basali e bifasico arterioso-venoso. Si osserva l\u2019enhancement ottimale degli organi parenchimatosi addominali, in particolare fegato e milza.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"rtoc-4\"  class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fase_Escretoria_o_Tardiva\"><\/span>Fase Escretoria o Tardiva<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La fase escretoria o tardiva, a circa <strong>5-10 minuti<\/strong> dall&#8217;iniezione di mdc, sfrutta la prevalente eliminazione per via renale del mdc iodato. Questa fase consente di \u201cverniciare\u201d l\u2019albero escretorio e studiare la presenza di eventuali patologie, come lesioni traumatiche delle vie escretrici, tumori uroteliali, ecc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In determinati scenari, \u00e8 possibile l\u2019impiego di un mdc ipodenso (es.: acqua\/aria) o iperdenso (es.: mdc iodato idrosolubile) per via orale esclusivamente. La patologia epatica va indagata generalmente attraverso l\u2019analisi di tutte le fasi pre e post-contrastografiche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Colecisti<\/strong>.<br>La colecisti si studia in maniera molto pi\u00f9 accurata con l\u2019ecografia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Milza<\/strong>.<br>La milza deve essere studiata in fase portale; in fase arteriosa, a causa della sua caratteristica irrorazione, presenta un aspetto \u201cmarezzato\u201d disomogeneo, che la rende mal valutabile. Per riconoscere un\u2019eventuale splenomegalia, occorre misurarne il diametro longitudinale nelle ricostruzioni coronali (valore normale inferiore a 12 cm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pancreas<\/strong>.<br>Il pancreas \u00e8 localizzato in sede retroperitoneale, al davanti dei somi di L1\/L2 e dei grossi vasi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reni<\/strong>.<br>Nello studio post-contrastografico dei reni, si distinguono una fase arteriosa, caratterizzata da impregnazione corticale, nefrografica, in cui prende contrasto anche la midollare, e la fase tardiva, in cui si opacizzano le vie escretrici.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Surreni<\/strong>.<br>I surreni si caratterizzano per una forma ad Y invertita, con un corpo, un braccio mediale ed un braccio laterale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rachide<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aorta Addominale<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vena Cava Inferiore<\/strong>.<br>La vena cava inferiore \u00e8 situata a destra rispetto all\u2019aorta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tubo Digerente<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<div id=\"bmscience36036003\"
