La carne tuttavia ne \u00e8 sprovvista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Uno studio\u00a0(<a href=\"http:\/\/Fonti:\u00a0http:\/\/en.cnki.com.cn\/Article_en\/CJFDTOTAL-XBNX201101003.htm\">clicca qui per leggerlo<\/a>), pubblicato dalla\u00a0Northwest A&amp;F University in collaborazione con <em>National Beef Cattle Improvement Centre di Yangling<\/em> (Cina) ci rivela che alcuni ricercatori hanno isolato il gene che converte gli Omega-6 in Omega-3 inserendolo all&#8217;interno di embrioni di vitello, in modo da poter avere una carne con maggiori valori nutrizionali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Tuttavia, per ora, non si \u00e8 riusciti a rendere stabile il corredo genetico. Delle 14 cavie, 11 sono morte a causa di infiammazioni o setticemie emorragiche causate, secondo i ricercatori, da una riprogrammazione incompleta delle cellule all&#8217;interno degli embrioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Questo per\u00f2 \u00e8 solo il primo passo, attraverso gli esperimenti su queste cavie gli scienziati riusciranno a rendere il cibo pi\u00f9 efficiente, in modo da poter soddisfare il fabbisogno alimentare in continua crescita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Ora per\u00f2 rivolgo una domanda a tutti i lettori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>Voi mangereste della carne modificata in laboratorio?
